The most common report under this FAQ is that pages are not loading properly and/or difficulty is being experienced in posting comments. Usually this is accompanied by a general sluggishness in refreshing etc.
If you are experiencing these issues we would advise you to first check your computer's cache since a heavily loaded cache is notorious for creating these very issues when accessing web sites. In particular, check and clean up your History and cookies.
If, after cleaning your cache, your issues persist, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Collections from Google+ can be imported via JSON.
To import your content, go to All Collections in the menu and select "Import Collection".
Select the JSON file and click "upload". Note that this will only work if it is a JSON file, and won't work if it is a .zip , .html or any other kind of file.
All Collections are public, so if you have a collection that you don't want it to be public, please do not upload.
Groups/Communities - uploading is currently not available
They are very similar. However, Friend can see more of their friends profile.and will see theie posts to "friends only" and "Discover", whilst Follow will only see posts to "Discover"
If you are trying to upload it from Google photo's,it won't work.
Save the photo to your tablet, open the YouMe app, then add the photo from there.
When you take a photo, it is saved to your tablet first. Then Google photos updates automatically and adds the photo there as well. If you then do not delete the photo from your tablet, you will have two copies... one on your tablet and one on Google photos.Open the YouMe app, go and add the photo - but look for it on your tablet, not Google photos.
The option to connect the YouMe Social app to Google Photos is coming shortly!
