    According to this maybe outdated chart I found on Tumblr #WomenWhoWalk For my height and weight I should walk 27 minutes. I walked 44 minutes and did an entirely different direction. Also, tackled three hills. Not very big hills ya know.. But I did them. I haven't been walking regularly like I use to. I was such a dedicated walker. Now I huff and puff. I'll recover. Become regular again.❤
